The Communication responses to myā¦
The Communication responses to my questions about the product was almost instantly and there is a time difference of 3hrs. to consider. Once the pens and engraving were finalized Olivia followed up with the date the pens were shipped to the date, they arrived. Her knowledge and recommendations on the pens were very helpful for us to make our final decision. Also, the special box of pens that Olivia sent helped us to visually see what our options were. We ended up ordering 2 different pens as opposed to only one. I would rate Olivia's service and attention to our order as Excellent. We will definitely order your product again.

Such a great experience dealing with flash bay.
Erwan made everything so simple and I had a very short deadline and he exceeded expectations well before.
Iām very glad that I chose them for our merchandise. Will definitely use them again in the future. Highly recommend.

Great quality, samples and service!
I have ordered merch for my team from Flashbay a few times now. Each time the products are great quality and price. They are super helpful and I love that they send plenty of samples to help you choose options before the final print. Would use again!
