10/10 for service and product performance
There was a bit of back and forth to get the printing right but they friendly and keen to get it sorted. The end product was exactly what we wanted and I would give it a 10/10.

Maggie was amazing!
Thank you Maggie. We have a school jubilee coming up and at the last minute thought personalised pens with our school logo would be a great gift to thank our visiting VIPs. I advised Maggie that we were needed them before 17th Nov so she prioritised our order. I ordered the pens on 7th Nov and they arrived exactly a week later on the 14th. Thank you for going the extra mile for us Maggie! Will definitely be ordering again!
