Exceptional Service, Products, Delivery & Costs
Great products, great price, knowledgeable staff, fast delivery. We were very happy with the whole experience from start to finish. They understood the remit of what we wanted to achieve with our promo items and recommended great solutions. I was quite exacting about how I wanted things to look and I was looked after extremely well, and not made to feel annoying once (when I completely was!)

Jaque was very responsive, I had an urgent order, he prepared artwork and confirmed order within the day and shipped out quickly. I got my pens a few days before my event. Will definitely work with them again.

Nicholas was really helpful getting our design on to the pens we ordered. Flashbay sent me a box of all the pens they provide so I could try them all out and test how the quality and how they performed.
We wanted a more sustainable pen rather than plastic, these are very nice quality and write well. The pens also arrived very quickly.
I would be more than happy to order again.
