I was tied to a tight delivery window which Flashbay achieved with time to spare. Cameron immediately checked-in to see if the items were correct and to my satisfaction. Excellent service which I will use again.

Are there any eco-friendly packaging options for Merit Badges?
Yes, Merit Badges are packed in translucent bags made from plant-based material, which is biodegradable and a more environmentally friendly alternative to standard plastic polybags.
Can I add a display card to my Merit Badge order?
Absolutely. You can add a Printed Badge Card, which can be branded on both sides in vibrant detail. The badge easily affixes to the card, making it perfect for trade shows, conferences, or retail displays.
What branding method is used for the Merit Badge?
The Merit Badge uses Photo Printing. This method is ideal for logos with many colours, shading, or complex gradients, as it reproduces images in full colour by combining CMYK colours for a high-quality, detailed result.
How does Photo Printing differ from other branding methods like Laser Engraving?
Photo Printing is best for full-colour, detailed designs and gradients, whereas Laser Engraving uses a high-powered laser to etch designs into a surface for a permanent, tactile mark. While Photo Printing offers vibrant colour reproduction, Laser Engraving is preferred for its exceptional precision and durability on materials like metal or wood.
What file formats should I provide for my Merit Badge design?
For the best results on your Merit Badge, please provide high-resolution artwork (300 DPI) in .png, .jpeg, or .gif formats. Avoid using low-resolution images lifted from websites, as these will not produce a high-quality print.
