We had a great experience working with the Flashbay team for the design and printing of show bags for a Telstra event. The team was responsive, helpful, and easy to work with throughout the process. Once we aligned on the final mock‑up, everything ran very smoothly; production, timelines, and delivery were all spot on.
The mock‑up stage is the only part where an extra bit of time was required to everything just right, particularly when external brand guidelines and approvals are involved. A more streamlined design review at this stage would make the experience even stronger, as the rest of the process is seamless.
Overall, a professional service and a great result. We’d happily work with Flashbay again.
